Not quite a truffle and not quite a mushroom, Magic Mexicana Truffles are also known by the scientific name of Psilocybe Mexicana within the Psilocybin Sclerotia family, Sclerotia, which magic truffles are commonly referred to as, grow underground between the fungal threads and is also called mycelium.
